ANTI BACTERIAL DUCT SEALANT CHEMXSEAL 32-17
CHEMXSEAL 32-17 is fire retardant, aqua based, vapor barrier sealant for low, medium, and high pressure or high velocity- metal, fiberglass and flexible heating. It is specially formulated to meet Middle East weather condition. It is highly elastic in nature. It has excellent adhesion to metal, aluminum, etc. This exhibits excellent strength, flexibility and resistance to heat and cold. It performs as tough and flexible adhesive and sealant, forming a durable seal against air leakage. CHEMXSEAL 32-17 does not contain Asbestos, Lead, Mercury or Mercury Compounds.
CHEMXSEAL 32-17 applies to clean, dry, oil free and sounded surface, by power extrusion or trowel uniformly a 2” wide coat over the joint @ 2 to 2.2 gallon/100 ft . To2 tal coverage 40-55 ft 2/gal. Allow the completed joint to dry at least 24 hours above 25 0c before pressure testing. High humidity (over 70%) and or cooler temp. may retard drying. Total WFT to be 30-35 mils
